We have recently discovered that the light contributor user group has unintentionally been edited to not allow any creation of topics, which acts as a deterrent for new growth and development of our online community.
To be fair with the other ranks, I have edited the normal contributor rank to have a maximum of 100 topics instead of the original 50, and I've edited the light rank to have a maximum of 50 to push new development for users and not drive them away from contributing their knowledge to the community.
The downside to this is obviously the potential for spam from newly registered users, so I'd like to request that any spam posts be reported to either me or any other administrator/staff member via PM.
