According to descption: "(...) les parties métallique sont d'origine et possèdent leur peinture feldgrau d'origine , le cuir a été refait (...)" [(...) metallic parts are original with original field gray paint; leather is a remake/has been refurbished (...)]
I suggest you enquire more about what he means by that but it doesn't sound like an original/untampered with piece anymore...
