Cnadian Militia Helmet

This is an example of a Canadian Made Helmet. It belongs to Cliff.N .I am just posting some pics.The unit is 34th Battalion Ontario County Canadian Militia . There apears to be no date just maker's mark "John martin and Company Montreal. The plate has had a red cardboard disc added behind the numbers , this will be corrected.

Nice helmet Mark. I see what you mean about thinking about restiching the chinchain. I've done this. You only need to add a loop for every third scale, and you can hide the thread under another scale.
