A while ago we were talking about field kitchens. I think this is a picture of morning coffee delivery. I can see there is an artillery round but I think these are liquid canisters. What do you think?

In Wasserburg itself one can only findnow some German period inschriptions near the church ( next to the former location of a cable car station) and on the small bridge.
Is there more of Muetzig to be seen? I am Looking for period pictures of Germans in the Kaiser Wilhelm II Feste in Muetzig. Perhaps some of you can help me out? Thanks.

Joe, for your records, the author of the letters is Landsturmmann Karl Altendorfer and he addresses most of his correspondence to Frau Hermine Altendorfer München Klenzestr. 44/1 .
