Dear fellow forum members,
I wonder when the members of the 2nd battery of the field artillery regiment no. 26 were allowed to wear the COLBERG 1807 banner on their helmets? One source wrote 1899, but I couldn’t find an AKO in the Armee-Verordnungsblatt and additionally the clothing regulation of 1896 mentions the COLBERG 1807 banner (§162), so it must be earlier.
I look forward to your answers.

Sandy, from Jean-Louis LARCADE Volume II. Sadly Mr. LARCADE never mentioned references in his books:
-complex due to shifting of Batteries between 1852 and 1914! Only the 6.Fahrende Batt of Regt Nr.3 has never moved/shifted.
So: he writes: "In 1890, the 2. Reitende Batt of Regt Nr 2 becomes the 2. Reitende Batt of Regt Nr 10. The old 2.Batt Twelve pounders of Regt Nr 2 becomes the 8.Fahrende Batt of Regt Nr.26...This Battery switches numbers within the Regiment...and in 1899, it becomes the 2.Fahrende Batterie within the FAR nr.26."
He writes that the shifted Batteries kept their Banderolles after being shifted to their new Regiment.
-Reitende: all guncrew was horsed. [For the Kav Divisions]. Fast moving.
-Fahrende: the crew was seated on the gun carriage.
