Based on the location, I suspected it might be his.
I thought it had been dispersed a long time ago, though.

I have been looking at some on Ebay and place a bid on a Bavarian helmet. I am not 100% sure, but I bid low and will see what happens.

Isn't that the truth!? A lot of replicas for sale.
It makes me sad to see a wife have to do that, sell off a collection. I have to plan so my wife doesn't end up with a bunch of helmets on her hands that she has to sell. I'm sure we could do some local auction or similar.
