The coat of arms showed on the helmet is the one of Sicilia.
So I would say it is Sicilian.
The "3 runing legs" are called" Triskelion" very similar to the coat of arms of the Isle of Man, but thise one as that "head and wings"(Medusa!?) more, so that brings me to the my conclusion!

Yep the Kingdom of Two Sicilies and on the covered plate you would probably find the scroll "Messina". Nice piece :thumb up:
