As usual I am struggling with the writing its July 1915 he's thanking someone a lot for the things they have sent him.
I have around a 12 cards from this soldier and if I can decipher his hand writing there could be an interesting story to be told.
There are an increasing number of books appearing based on individual soldiers photo and postcard albums, which makes sense as each album is a timecapsule of the person and their loved ones experience of war.
The Germans were quite relaxed really compared to the allies on censorship, after May 1916 German censorship was centralised, but even then there were still the same things to be ignored complaints about the food, military general mostly no too specific grumblings were permitted.
