Couldn't leave this one behind

I have an artillery Prussian filz of this type, same maker. When I got it, the liner was paper thin (ersatz paper cloth or really super thin leather), and barely holding on. The lining literally crumbled/fell out, what was left of it...

It was brittle to the point of ash. I see nothing wrong with this helmet.
