I have inquired from a friend expert on swords and he did tell me that this guy wants to sell is junk trough eBay. No go !
 
Very little of what Andy Beal sells is genuine. Quite extraordinary. You would think that it would be predominantly genuine stuff with the occasional fake but it is definitely the other way around, and there are still 95% + satisfied customers. The classic listing of course was the British WW2 water bottle cover listed as a hat for native Indian troops.
