Interesting! For me it looks like someone put the old HR 17 banner before 1873 with „PENINSULA, SICILIEN, WATERLOO“ on a Prussian M 1842 helmet for enlisted soldiers of a so called old regiment, Grenadiers, with the FWR monogram.
