Yes...presidential guard, I think.

The spikes seem to vary in quality.
The helmet bodies appear to be molded plastic.

Nice looking helmets eh? Personally, I like the plate to 'wrap' around the dome, or skull, of the helmet... but then, that's just me. :-$
