Ever since I once saw this nice classic period image of Kaiser Wilhelm II parading down the Berlin version of the 'Champs Elysees' with his 6 sons, I've been looking for a mailed postcard version of it for my collection... Guess what? I just bought it! (mailed in 1910)

It's a different angle but the exact same occasion... Now I'm really wondering who is (are) the lucky guy(s) who inherited something from those awesome parade helmets! The kid in the 2nd PC maybe? (note the British 1910 Postage stamp featuring his cousin George V of England )

Hey Chris,
Here's a closeup of that badge... Looks like a roe/deer with an imperial crown on top.

I think the Kaiser is wearing the uniform of his Forestry Service, this might narrow down the options somewhat.

It has a similar design to a Kaiser prize. Was there a civilian/hunter version? :?
