With the drop in the Euro, now might be the ideal time to purchase Joachim Hilsenbeck's Deutsche Offiziershelme aus der Kaiserzeit 1870 - 1918: Band 2. Band 1 is available through Age of Kings and Der Rittmeister, but, to my knowledge, the second volume is only available through European booksellers. I know Dave Mosher was looking for it, without success, at the SOS, and I saw no copies from Lance Frickensmith at the MAX.
I purchased my copy from "antik-buch." In all aspects (photography, period photos, and text) it is superior to volume one and blows the socks off the more recent Schiffer references.
It's a weighty book; expect to pay a minimum 30 € for shipping. Ten are available with a "buy it now" option:
