I have some questions about this helmet.... is it the place here to do that or better in another post or by personal message ? I'm not often on this forum and want to respect the rules and habits

This IS the place to ask questions about pickelhaubes. To what helmet are you referring exactly?

Hi Steve,welcome to the forum ,
Well if you look at the board index, you’ll find there are a lot of topics to choose from,
The” latest Find” topic is usually where we post our latest acquisition.
The topic “Pickelhaube discussion” would be more suitable for a discussion ,as you rightly put it.
Having said that, where is your FR73 ?
 
Stephane...if this helmet is a recent find/purchase then here is where you should post. If you have had the helmet for a long time and have questions then go to pickelhaube discussion. We are not seeing any pictures.
