Did you ultimately address the second set of wappen holes, or just leave as is?

Same here Dennis, that’s one of the other fun parts of the Show, meeting members for the first time. I left the holes as they were hidden by the wappen.

The helmet as it is today completed with a new original neusilber officer spike. Scout 17 tells me the new spike screwed on perfectly. It is always a gamble when replacement original spikes are purchased, there is no guarantee they will fit.
