Dragoon Items

Good Evening gentlemen,

I am on the lookout for Silver NCOs mounted chin-scales for a DR. 24 pickelhaube as well as any items from the unit.

Also any items from DR. 25 especially from the 3rd/ 4th esk. and officers to go along with my engraved EK1 to Rittmeister Berger.

Please note I am currently out to sea on a deployment and do not always have access to internet so replies and the like may take time.

Thank you,
USN

Does anyone have anything they'd entertain parting with?
USN, I am selling a Württemberg DR25 officer pickelhaube. It is in very good to excellent condition, except for the tattered (but complete) silk liner. The helmet is $2,600 + shipping. If you are interested, I can send more pictures. Dave

good evening

Some months ago I found schuppenketten to complete my saxon tschapka that had much to long yellow metal schuppenketten, (I posted it before with the much too long ketten, changed it for leather chinstrap, and recently to its current form with nicely matching convex schuppenketten.

You are looking for cavalry silver ones, maybe like these...
I'm not sure wether they are silver or yellow metal, seem to be in between / mixed
some parts are more yellow, others look silver.
Does anyone have an opinion on this?

If you are interested I can measure the length and furthermore look for yellow ketten (but those are much easier to find than silver ones).

Unfortunately I am in need of NCOs ones, are those not officers style ones?
