Here is a nice 3 Mark coin sent to me by a friend, I understand it to be Sachsen, commerating the union of the states, but the question I have is "What is the monument/building shown on the obverse of this coin?" I would assume the "E" mint mark would denote the city it was minted in.

The monument is the Völkerschlachtdenkmal in Leipzig.

Every coin from the 1 Pfennig to 20 Gold Mark, including the seldom seen 25 Pfennig coin.
 
No, it was out of my price range, even on a good year, he was wanting a couple grand for it, I think, I do have his contact information somewhere though if you are interested.

Yeah, besides, it is an obsolete size, I think it was made for 70mm cigs,and now they are 100mm:)
