It doesn't seem to have the correct flair over the ears, does it?

Normally they are all ET64... The flair doesn't seem right to me and the liner seems to be post WW1, because of all thes holes...
Maybe it's produced after 1918?...

For me it's not even close I'm afraid.

As already mentioned the flare is incorrect as is the liner. Also the retention of the strap to the bales does not conform to the M1918 form; the chinstrap should be retained via metal pop-rivets, not sewn.
