Only one Grenadier Regiment wore this FWR Wappen plate (called "old regiments" plate), during a short period of time: the 2nd Gren Regt.
Afterwards they wore the normal Grenadier Eagle (like the Garde Eagle but without Central Wappen).
This pickelhaube is a 1895 model, and the FWR Wappen plate was worn until 1897. So a very short period of time.
The 2nd Gren Regt used to wear a black haarbush. So the dismantable spike is good.
Inded, for parade, they wore the brass chinscale.
So, all in all, this helmet looks correct. Maybe the Prussain cockade has been repainted, or is new.
