Ebay listing using Tony's picture again

Tony's stuff is so good that everyone takes it for advertising purpose. LOL

Anyway already wrote to Ebay but doubt they will do anything.
 
I reported it to eBay last evening as a listing violation, and was able to add a description to the report, stating that they pirated the photo and that the photo looks nothing like the helmet they are trying to sell. So they've violated at least 2-eBay guidelines: pirating a photo from someone else. And using a pirated photo to try to sell something that looks nothing like the pirated photo they are using as their lead photo for their listing.

If their use of the photo still remains on Monday with this lisitng, I'll call customer service and complain personally to someone, and give them the link to Tony's web site.
 
I saw that listing and thought it had to be a pirated photo (Didn't think of Tony's though) and that the actually helmet would look like it was thrown from a train into a stampede of rhinos. So, yeah.
