I like to buy most of those things from a good dealer, then you are almost 100% sure, even if you pay a bit more, you have more peace of mind, especially when I collected WWII, there is a wide range of copies, pff
 
No, it's not an original. The details are incorrect and sloppy. Plus, only 1 maker of 1870 EKIIs marked the ring. Marked "LL".

The "1870" is a copy of a "Type A". It appears to have been an original 1914 example which had the 1914 ground off and reworked.

eBay is filled with fake 1870 EKs, especially coming from German dealers of fakes... unfortunately.
