Hello all!

Well it’s done! I’m officially in the U.S. Army!

I signed my contract yesterday and will be shipping out September 16th, got my MOS and will be trained as an M1 Armor crewman. I’m very excited and nervous but I can’t wait to get out and see what it all has to offer.

I’ll be sure to post a bit more before I leave, I’ll be at basic for 24 weeks so I’ll surely keep you guys posted when I can!

P.S. When you’re having a crap day and feel like quitting - don’t!

Everyone has highs and lows during initial training. Mean as they seem your instructors really know what they are doing and how to and how to test limits. And remember it is all about teamwork and toughing it it out.

I can tell you are super motivated so I am sure it won’t be a problem.
