top left ; A very rare strap not often seen
Invaliden Haus ;2nd Grenadier Komp
reference Das Deutsche Heer Vol III Tafel145b
Top middle ; Invaliden Haus 3 & 8 Komp this is old strap from a blanket
However the tag is incorrect ; a quick look at the strap and one would think that
it is for U R 13 but they did not yet have the cypher ; page 614 Mike Kelso's book
top right ; Artillery Proof Kommission ( APK ) this is pre war white strap
the M1915 strap becomes yellow
Bottom left ; Bavarian Infantry Regt 16 Officer Stellvertreter looks to me
to be in field the way the tressa is applied page 160 Mike Kelso's book
Bavarian reserve I R was Hitler's regiment
bottom right Braunschweig I R 92 for the Polrock worn up to 1894
the small lace at the bottom is for a long service volunteer
