I think you overestimate some parts of the world

I just figured that to be the case. Any time I need tech support for a phone, a television, a computer, or a washing machine, it seems I'm talking to someone in India.

I used to do seminars in Manufacturing Process Improvement.

I would have loved to have this photo as a teaching aid. Absolutely the poster child for how not do do volume manufacturing even if it is all manual assembly.

No , they are felt or green painted.
