Hi I’m not familiar with the felt variety. On the leather version there are stamps etc, are there any such markings on these usually? Also were the kokades the same types on both variants?

It looks fine, just needs a liner which you can easily find. Then the standard stuff like cockades and chinstrap.

There are also often regimental number stamps in the markers, but the ink disappears easily from the marker.
Caution: The ‘felts’ had very thin (1mm2) post side keys because the arrowhead-shaped lug is in the middle.
