Dear collector friends
At the beginning of the year I was lucky enough to acquire this estate directly from the family.
Lieutenant Hünigen served in the Saxon Infantry Regiment 139. He then switched to the Balloon Observer Regiment 146. There he was seriously wounded several times. The uniform is from his time in the infantry. Consider that this young lieutenant was awarded such high medals. He was still active as a judge in the Reichswehr, but because of his injuries (among other things, the back of his skull was shot off) he enjoyed his retirement. Unfortunately, it's just a tailcoat clasp. But according to his daughter, he wore it proudly.
Have fun watching.
