Thanks to all of you for your comments. Per requests, here are some more pictures. The Tschapka was not cleaned; just dusted with a rag.
Maxime, I could see no maker mark but I have not yet completely unfolded the liner, which is tightly tied with the original leather string. The string that holds the Knebel also seems to be original.
