I do my own investigation, and I think that top cap is probably from the uniform.

Second from top is Wurttemberg cap - and Wurtemmberg is on the other side of germany than Restenburg - home city of 45 art.reg.

am I right ?

but he visor cap is correct for this uniform ? maybe there schould be cap without visor ?

If this can be of help, the below hat is a Württemberg Artillery dunkelblau/pre-war/pre-1910 Mannschaften Krätzchen (or Tellermütze?)
The upper one is an Artillery dunkleblau/pre-war/pre-1910 Mannschaften Schirmmütze with what seems to me like a Prussian-Hanseatic cockade?

Both caps should have a manufacturer's mark in them. This might give a clue. If the visorless one is indeed a Württemberg cap, then it would not belong with this tunic. The visored cap appears to have a Hanseatic reservist cockade, as Ron has mentioned, so it would be a likely candidate. The FAR.45 was in the IX.A.K., which included Hamburg, Lübeck and Bremen.
