In my opinion these are both typical Tschapkas from the Luckenwalder Hutfabriken.

It is no doubt that the first one has been repaired. The liner looks like a copy and the fixing of the mortar board is clearly repaired. I've some doubt about the mortar board, it could be a (fine) copy as for the chinstrap.

Very cool prices but perhaps is there an additional tax?
