Finally found a metal haube

[MG34NZ]

A metal pickelhaube has been something that has always eluded me. I have seen three or four over the years and this time I was able to add one to my collection, there was some keen competition for it once bidding started but I still feel I was able to get it for a reasonable price. It is a little rough and has extra holes behind the plate, the Prussian wappen looks to have been in place for a very long time.Pics were taken at the auction except the helmet sitting with part of my Imperial collection.

Excellent, congrats! Yet another variation on this style helmet. They usually have the undyed liner in my experience.
