Finally have all three Hanseatic crosses!

Hey all! Just thought I’d share with you a feat I’m very proud of. I finally have been able to acquire all three of the Hanseatic crosses, Lübeck, Bremen and Hamburg!

I’ve always loved this set and so badly wanted to add it my collection, I love that all of them are on bars as well, really puts my case together!

Now all I need to do is complete the wound badge set!
 
Excellent Dane! The Lübeck one is the most difficult one to find! I have all 3 as single medals, but only the Bremen and Hamburg ones in my 2 medal bars collection. Still on the hunt for that one though, I like the 2 medal bars, but also have some bars with more on them.
 
What's even better is the fact that this Lubeck Cross is a wartime issue.

The crosses issued in the post-war period did not have the red beaks and claws that Dane's example show, making this one an even rarer item.

Aye I’ve been hunting like a mad man trying to find them all, (and find some that were affordable)

Bar collecting peaked my interest as of late,

I’d love to see your crosses as well as your other medals!

I am in Portugal escaping the Canadian winter at the moment, so I don't have access to my pictures archive. Have a look at the post I made in this section of the forum titled" Merit Crosses of the Free Hanse towns".

You'll see that the Lubeck Cross in my post is the post-war variant. I didn't realise until later that it wasn't a wartime issue. Still relatively rare but not as rare as yours.
