Foot Artillery Question

Does anybody know which, if any, Prussian Foot Artillery regiments were authorized to wear a Trichter in 1870?
With the exception of the 13th Foot Artillery which was formed on 14 November 1805, all of the other Foot Artillery regiments were formed in 1864 or later.
The Foot Artillery regiments were developed with the reformation of the army in 1860 by (then Regent) Wilhelm I. Prior to their formation they were referred to as siege artillery or fortress artillery, some of which were manned by the Navy. The siege artillery does not fully align with the organisation of the foot artillery.
Since authorization to wear a Trichter was awarded to individual units it seems hard to imagine that a unit formed in 1864 or 1865 distinguished itself enough in five years to be awarded the parade plume, especially since their participation in the Austro-Prussian War and the Franco-Prussian War was somewhat limited.
The Artillerieprüfungskommission (APK) was formed on 29 February 1816 and was authorized to wear a Garde Pickelhaube with flat chinscales once adopted. The Feldartillerie- und Fußartillerie-Schießschule was founded in Spandau in 1867 and they were authorized to wear a Garde Foot Artillery Pickelhaube as well. I can find no information on whether or not either of these units were authorized a parade plume in 1870.
In his book Randy Trawnik does an excellent job of outlining which Infantry and Pioneer regiments were authorized a Trichter, but there is no info on artillery units.

The German Artillery from 1871 to 1914,uniforms and equipment by Ulrich Herr and Jens Nguyen indicate on page 406 that the only foot artillery unit authorized a parade plume prior to 1913 was the Guard Foot Artillery, white for officers & other ranks, red for buglers. An AKO dated 16 June 1913 authorized foot artillery regiment 3 a black parade plume.

Thank you very much for the information. So one could assume that a Model 1871 Kugelhelm with a Garde Wappen and a Kugel ball that does not unscrew would have been issued to The Artillerieprüfungskommission or The Feldartillerie- und Fußartillerie-Schießschule. In 1871 there were only three foot artillery units wearing a Garde Wappen.
Do you know when the parade plume was authorized for wear by Garde Foot Artillery regiment 1?
