Looking at the liner, you have some white dots of mold in there. You'll want to kill that. I think there's mention of how to do that somewhere around here or maybe on Tony's site "Kaiser's Bunker". Don't try this until somebody else confirms it, but I think a Q-tip (cotton swab) with a little rubbing alcohol will kill it. Just apply it on each dot and you're good to go. REMEMBER DO NOT TRY THIS until another member confirms my rusty memory.

Yes, that is the procedure, also known as isopropyl alcohol and available at any drug store.
