Ron, I have thought about it too. But I can not compare the two tanks in the two different photos, even not if the British tank in your first picture is male or female. So, maybe they had more confiscated tanks in Berlin 1919? But , as far as I am concerned, there is no hard evidence to be found in these pictures of that "our" tanks are one and the same the tank.

You'll recognize the photo as you already have it. This one was however used/mailed... barely 2 weeks into the german revolution that followed the Nov. 11, 1918 armistice.
