I already knew the political aspects of Federico's death, but the medical aspects are certainly suspicious and disturbing.

Very interesting and raising a root cause of his illness I have never heard discussed before. Reminiscent of the demise of Lord Randolph Churchill - a cause of death nobody wanted to acknowledge.
