From which date is the banner?

Hello to everyone,

Can you tell me from which date was worn the banner "Peninsula-Waterloo-Gohrde" on the helm plates of the F.A.R. No.10.? Did they wear it by all units of this Regiment?

"PENINSULA WATERLOO GÖHRDE" Bandeau was awarded in 1899 to the 4th Battery of FAR10.

2nd Battery carried an additional Bandeau "COLBERG.1807"

I am going by memory here, I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
