do people not look at their photos before posting on ebay??? Looks like he was running around the room taking snapshots. and the helmet is ungodly.
 
From the UK? Those words in British English make one fully appreciate the observation, "two nations divided by a common language." In American English they would be "total crap." :lol:

Not THAT divided - most UK collectors would use the very same expression for this offering...
 
To Rons' post....a firemans helme due to the trim on the rear visor. Liner is probably repro....complete crap as stated. I can honestly say that I would be very cautious about buying anything out of the UK and even Europe. Genuine pieces are getting harder and harder to find...the demand is high so we get these continual attempted fakes just like in the Nazi market. We are fortunate, that the fakes, and put togethers are so obvious in our part of the collecting world. To our new collector members...... for your own peace of mind and your bank accounts.....post any potential purchases on this forum and take advantage of our expertise. Above all educate yourselves using this forum and reference books. DO NOT hesitate to ask questions here on the forum......its your hard earned money! B
