This one looks suspicious to me in particular the eagle, which seems to resemble a parrot instead. But perhaps I am wrong.

Replica / Fake. yes, eagle is poorly made. The visor corners are too rounded and the 'step' looks clumsy. The bottom of the neck guard is the wrong shape. Trim is thick. Plate looks like garbage (notice the lack of ceramic behind the lettering). The visor / neck guard liners are wrong.... etc... etc... etc....
