I wouldn't order a chocoloate cone.

Reminds of those Hollywood movies--tons of horses around but none of the resulting oats proceeds to be seen.

I remember reading somewhere that the Berlin Municipal Council had a special horse sanitary picking up department--collected thousands of tons of droppings per annum etc etc,onsold as fertiliser.

But where's their shovels? :-?
