What are your worries exactly? I'll start by saying upfront that I may be completely wrong here but according to the issue stamps it concerns a garde helmet (BAG) from a railway regiment (ER2). To my knowledge, train regiments wore a pickelhaube with M91 chinscales as this one. So this seems consistent. Moreover, this helmet contains the proper spike base (round) and the right visor (round). Unless I am seriously overlooking some things, I would say that this one is legit :-k

Excellent markings...E2 wore a black parade trichter, silver fittings with brass scales so everything fits.
