Got this framed picture laying here for weeks and can't find who it is...
Would anyone here have a idea?

 
One of the medals he is wearing seems to be the Albrechtsorden officer's cross with swords. This was issued by the Kingdom of Saxony starting on June 11, 1890.

The problem is, that without instantly recognising the General, there honestly is not enough to go on to aid in his identification. The Saxon Albrectsorden officers‘ cross with swords does not even narrow him down to a Saxon officer; dozens of senior Prussian officers were also recipients of this order.

If he is to be identified, I fear it will be down to stumbling across a comparable named portrait.
