German aviation uniform Q's

I have had the print "last word" by James Dietz and seeing as how Imperial german is not nearly as offensive as nazi I figured it would be better to display in my meager quarters outside of base. How would I go about (or maybe it is ridiculuously expensive) trying to find a complete uniform as pictured in the print? Things like goggles, helmets, boots, fur lined overalls or jackets, the soft cap worn and belt or even an aviation type uniform? And all this in good condition.
For those that have not seen the painting...

Thanks for the help!

Welcome to the forum! Bunch of nice people here. Someone can talk about uniforms far better than me- but you have to love those prints. Nice one.

(do not know your name). I have "last word" by James Dietz hanging in the office in front of me right now. Nice, love it, but Dietz incorrectly put red bands on the Krätzchen of the Fliegertruppen ground troops. They should be black.

At any rate, an original Fliegertruppen Feldrock is near to impossible to find; officer's examples show up all the time, typically officer's tunics that someone has placed Flieger straps on. Yet to see one I trust. Please be very careful with the leather jackets, some jerk-off in Germany is buying old leather jackets and slapping a big fat Flieger clothing depot stamp inside and selling them. As far as overalls that you mentioned, they were only worn by the heavy-bomber crews. I have been after a set forever. Only saw two pairs in my life, missed them both. Tony

There is a tunic on ebay titled as a major’s tunic of the 1st Saxon Flieger Corps. Price is high.

Yes, but it was only a Saxon artillery officer's tunic w/o boards and collar tabs when my friend sold it to a Canadian dealer who has his own "museum" and has been "creating" aviation uniforms for a while. As Tony stated, finding a legit aviation tunic is pretty hard to find.

Thanks for the help. I actually have found a flight schako and tunic but of course the price was rediculuous as it sold to a collector for 15,000. Ok, maybe not rediculuous for what it is, but for a Lieutenant's paycheck it is way out of the ballpark. I think I would stray away from the tunic itself (for it's price) but more of the actual flight gear as depicted in the picture. But apparently that will be near impossible to find, however I will just keep my eyes open.
