I share your feelings on this one. I just looks a bit too fresh for something that is nearly 100 years old. Just for comparison, a pick-axe is also offered by the collectors guild:

For once the one on ebay is the best choice... It's in almost mint and unissued condition. The other one is actually more in relic condition...
