Got this one the day after Christmas

Just picked up this Prussian Cloth covered helmet, a little soiled, but for sure original. Chinstrap is my only concern, looks old, but a differant type?

Anyway, a difficult helmet to find in pretty good shape and looks even better sitting next to the extremely difficult to find Correct Cork helmet.

Why am I jealous? I don't collect oR helmets.

Very nice helmet James, congratulations on the great find. =D> :salute:

I used to have one like it, which I'd picked up for $75 in the good old days from the late Ted Lagerstrom. Unfortunately I sold it along with most of the rest of my collection in 1992 after my place was robbed when I lived in Mankato. It was unfortunate how having that happen put a different perspective on things for me.
