Has anybody seen Chin Scales like this?

@Wojtek: Thank your for this example, it looks very similar. But the style of the rosettes is very different from all I know.

Such chinscales were worn between 1810 and 1864 by imperial Russia,but rosettes may have been worn on a fire officer's helmet on a metal helmet.It would be good to hear from someone else on this issue.We are pursuing the subject further.
 
Thank you Wojtek, guess you are right. After your post I have found similar looking rosettes on russian Shakos and Dragoon-Helmets, yesterday.
