Hebel flair gun

This flair gun was found on a farm in Lorraine only two weeks ago, I’m lucky it came into my collection before it hit the collectors market, where I would have paid twice as much.
Fully functional, just missing the ring on the handle.

Nice find indeed!
Just happen to have a similar story about a WWII flair gun found in Mons!!
I like the mimic!

Good one! :D

I would love to send flair up the sky with this gun too, if only I could find ammo...
and I’d have to wait for new-year’s eve … :-"

If they are the same as the WW II ammo I might have some in a few months!

Now that you mentioned it Stuka, I also have an Erma Erfurt from WWII and an aluminum casing still inside, and it does fit in the Hebel as well. Knowing this, I’ll find some flairs to light up the sky at midnight Dec. 31 :guns:
Thanks.

I'd gladly share my Czech flare ammo with you but I don't think they'll let me on the plane with it...

If you get to Texas, stop by and you can shoot some in my Hebel.
