Helmet question

[KAGGR#1]

A dealer in the USA has this helmet for sale . It is listed as 2nd Garde Regt which IMO
is not correct .The Kammer stamp ( if real) is 2 J R.There is no 2 I R in the Prussian Infantry
It has a Garde eagle without star as a front plate
there are extra holes in the body
There is a makers stamp which I think is not Prussia
I think the helmet is put together

It's a put together piece IMO with mixed parts my guess is the helmet started life as a helmet from the 2nd Royal Bavarian Infantry Regiment and since Neu- Ulm is where the helmets manufacture was located that would make sense as well. Just my opinion
