Helmet

No it is a Belgian one.
With a Vlaamse Wacht/ Garde Wallone (Flemish guard/ Walloon guard) decal!WWII volunteer's!
Quiet rare and expensive helmet when you find one,problem is I see them popping up on every forum I am on....
I am not able to tell if they are genuine by thise pic's....

And just found one more,there is a third one I can not lay hands on for the momment.... (pic's are not mine like I said comming from different fora!!);
 
Not used by regular Belgian Army units !!!

Used by the collaborating Vlaamse Wacht/ Garde Wallone (Flemish guard/ Walloon guard).
Those were WWII volunteer's indeed...

Kris - Were the shells made in Belgium? If so, do you know where and after what year?
 
Difficult theme that is, Fonson and Elimex (de Rooster) are two makers.
Belgian made helmet are slightly different,forms are rounder. The first model of Adrian helmets was all ready made in Belgium.
The Siam Adrian's were exclusivly Belgian made helmets.
