19th 2nd Royal Saxon Hussars Queen Carola
19th 1st Württemberg Uhlans King Charles

The Crest is not Wurttemberg's so that rules that out.

Any help? Going to ask the brothers at sword forum and them also.

Never saw a saxon crest issued enlisted KD before in person \/

Looks like a Cavalry EM Degen Military Issue M1889... But if this is the case, how come there's a "80" (standing for 1880) engraved on the blade spine? Unless it's an "89"?

This and Wurttemberg have been the hardest to find...
